What counts as an active channel

An active channel is a Slack Connect channel you’ve mapped to Attio. It counts whether or not it had a conversation that month.

Channels Recordkite has been added to but you haven’t mapped don’t count. If you unmap a channel, it stops counting.

Recordkite works on any Attio plan

Paying

We set up your plan and take payment during your onboarding call, by invoice or payment link. To change plans, or if you need more channels than your plan includes, email hello@recordkite.com.
